Mr. Manoj Motiani has done his FPM from IIM Ahmedabad. He also won IFCI award for best thesis at IIM, Ahmedabad (2014). He holds a bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication from Rajasthan University and MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
Prior to his PhD he has worked in Aditya Birla Group and Godrej. Manoj has presented his paper at Yale China India Insights conference, New York. He was also selected to represent IIMA at the University of Michigan as AMA Sheth Scholar in the year 2013.
He taught courses such as Marketing Management and Service Marketing at NID (Ahmedabad), IBS (Ahmedabad) and Rajagiri (Cochin) as a visiting faculty. He has also conducted sessions in Faculty Development Programmes (FDP), Summer School, and Management Development Programmes (MDP) at IIMA. His research interests include Sales management, Service marketing and Neuro-marketing.
Programme Director
The programme emphasizes application and learning through case and discussion methods, encouraging participants to learn by actively engaging in assignments and projects. Simulations will play a crucial role in refining analytical skills, enabling participants to develop the ability to analyze problems from multifunctional perspectives. The culmination of the programme will be a Capstone Project, in which all the acquired knowledge will be applied to a real-life case scenario, integrating the various aspects of learning.
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator. However, a 75% minimum attendance requirement would be considered for the final grading.

Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive the prestigious status of Executive Education Alumni. To attain this status, they must submit a separate application along with the necessary registration fee. The benefits offered to Executive Education Alumni include:
Participants who have successfully completed the programme need to apply separately to register their names with the IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni. This registration requires a fee of INR 1000 + applicable taxes for a 2-year membership and INR 10,000 + applicable taxes for a Lifetime membership. Please note that the one-time fee for the Executive Alumni Status, which is an add-on to the programme fee, is subject to revision based on the discretion of the IIM Indore management.
