Prof. Kajari Mukherjee, a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Indore, specializes in Organization Design using Complexity Theory, Human Resources Management focusing on family businesses, and Corporate Social Responsibility in emerging countries. With over two decades of industry experience across various sectors such as IT, BFSI, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Ports & Infrastructure, and Engineering, both in public and private sectors, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her academic pursuits.
Before her academic career, she held senior positions including Head of the Department of Human Resources Management at a software firm and Principal Consultant at a leading consultancy firm, where she focused on change management, HR process design, and corporate social responsibility. Prof. Mukherjee holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics, a PGDRM from IRMA, and a Ph.D. from Tata Institute of Science (TISS).
She was awarded the Chevening scholarship (UK) in 2004 and has received multiple research grants. Recognized for her excellence in teaching, she was honored with the "Best Teacher" award at IIM Indore.

The programme emphasizes application and learning through case and discussion methods, encouraging participants to learn by actively engaging in assignments and projects. Simulations will play a crucial role in refining analytical skills, enabling participants to develop the ability to analyze problems from multifunctional perspectives. The culmination of the programme will be a Capstone Project, in which all the acquired knowledge will be applied to a real-life case scenario, integrating the various aspects of learning.
Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive the prestigious status of Executive Education Alumni. To attain this status, they must submit a separate application along with the necessary registration fee. The benefits offered to Executive Education Alumni include:

need to apply separately to register their names with the
IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni. This registration
requires a fee of INR 1000 + applicable taxes for a 2-year
membership and INR 10,000 + applicable taxes for a
Lifetime membership.
Please note that the one-time fee for the Executive Alumni
Status, which is an add-on to the programme fee, is
subject to revision based on the discretion of the IIM
Indore management.

Participants are required to attend all sessions of a given course. In case of emergencies, participation in management festivals, co-curricular activities, and other valid reasons, participants may seek leave, which is subject to approval by the Programme Director. However, it's important to note that a minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory for the final grading.
