Decision Making
2. Enterprise-Level Decision Making

4. Cross-Functional Fluency

Pedagogy: How Learning Happens

IIM Indore's approach is case-driven, research-informed, and designed for senior practitioners.

Learning methods include:
Case-led discussions examining real HR dilemmas faced by CHROs in complex organisations
Frameworks and models drawn from strategic HR research and organisational theory
Peer learning with cohort members bringing diverse industry and functional perspectives
On-campus immersion providing intensive engagement with faculty and fellow participants
Capstone project applying integrated learning to a live organisational challenge

Pedagogy balances conceptual depth with practical application. The goal is not simply knowledge acquisition but capability development—the ability to think, decide, and act as an enterprise leader.
