Prof. Shruti Tewari is a faculty member at IIM Indore. She instructs on subjects such as Group Dynamics, Social Cognition, NeuroHR, Neuromarketing, and Psychology of Managerial Decisions across various programs (IPM, PGP, PGPMX, FPM, etc.). Her research on social identity, group processes, and health in the realm of social cognitive studies has earned recognition from numerous national and international institutions. She has also been designated as a guest editor for international journals in the fields of HRM and Psychology.

The programme emphasizes application and learning through case and discussion methods, encouraging participants to learn by actively engaging in assignments and projects. Participants are required to attend all sessions of a given course. In case of emergencies, participation in management festivals, co-curricular activities, and other valid reasons, participants may seek leave, which is subject to approval by the Programme Director. However, it's important to note that a minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory for the final grading.
