Mit Vachhrajani is a Fellow of IIM Lucknow and has served as Visiting Faculty at IIM Ranchi, as well as Adjunct Faculty at Jindal Global Business School. Prof. Shruti Tewari is a faculty member at IIM Indore. She instructs on subjects such as Group Dynamics, Social Cognition, NeuroHR, Neuromarketing, and Psychology of Managerial Decisions across various programs (IPM, PGP, PGPMX, FPM, etc.). Her research on social identity, group processes, and health in the realm of social cognitive studies has earned recognition from numerous national and international institutions. She has also been designated as a guest editor for international journals in the fields of HRM and Psychology.

It delved into crucial concepts of people management, strategic HR, and organizational behavior – things every professional in the fraternity deals with regularly. When I went through the course curriculum, I was very enticed as it is very rare to find courses that cover literally every aspect of HR. I was expecting to be enlightened globally, and that is why I joined and I am so glad that I joined this course.
All the different aspects of the programme, from class participation to attempting various assignments didn’t make it feel like a classroom session per-se because of the kind of discussion we had. This also helped me implement my learning right away.
